What exactly will I receive?
A short AI-generated video clip that you can play and download as an MP4, when the provider completes the job. You choose an input image, motion prompt and available duration. Output quality and exact movement vary by image and model.
How does product image-to-video work?
Upload an eligible JPG, PNG or WebP product photo, write a product-motion prompt, choose 5 or 10 seconds and confirm compliance. Images and prompts are automatically screened before generation. Video output is checked before delivery.
Do these examples show actual AI results?
Examples explicitly labeled “Illustrative motion preview” are visual demonstrations, not results from the integrated AI model. Verified model outputs can be published here from the admin panel before launch.
How many credits does each video use?
5-second generations cost 10 credits; 10-second generations cost 20 credits. Each successful one-time purchase adds credits to your existing balance. Credits do not reset monthly.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds are evaluated under our published Refund Policy and your mandatory consumer rights. Failed provider jobs result in restoration of reserved generation credits, not an automatic cash refund.
Will I be charged again automatically?
No. All seven options are one-time credit packs. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge.
Where are my videos stored?
Inputs and outputs are stored privately by the application and may be processed by third-party video providers. The exact retention periods must be finalized and disclosed in the Privacy Policy before launch.
Is this a one-time purchase?
Yes. Each credit pack is purchased once. Buying more credits is optional, and final applicable taxes appear at checkout.
Can I upload people or human faces?
No. This product-only platform blocks portraits, people, human faces, visible body parts, impersonation and deepfakes, even with consent.
